We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with our delivery agents (to fulfil orders), payment processors (Paytm/Razorpay for payment collection), and WhatsApp communication service (Interakt) for order notifications.

We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase/PostgreSQL) to protect your data. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Location Data

Our delivery agents use GPS location during deliveries to verify delivery location. This data is stored for audit purposes and is not shared outside the company.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
