By accessing and using the Edgify B2B Portal ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Use
The Platform is intended for registered business buyers and authorised agents of Edgify Multitrade Pvt Ltd. Accounts are non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders placed through the Platform are subject to availability and confirmation by Edgify Multitrade Pvt Ltd. Payment terms are as agreed upon account registration. Outstanding balances are due as per the credit terms applicable to your account.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Edgify Multitrade Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Custom pricing agreements, where applicable, override standard pricing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Edgify Multitrade Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Edgify Multitrade Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
