1. Delivery Area
Edgify Multitrade Pvt Ltd currently delivers within Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Delivery to specific areas is subject to route availability. Contact us to check if your area is serviceable.
2. Order Placement & Cutoff
Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM for next-day delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the following delivery day. Same-day delivery is not available.
3. Delivery Process
Our authorised delivery agents will deliver to your registered branch address. Delivery is confirmed via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery is free for all registered B2B buyers within our serviceable area, subject to minimum order values as communicated at the time of account registration.
5. Returns at Delivery
If delivered items do not meet quality standards, you may return them to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Returns are recorded in the system and credited to your account balance.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available at the delivery address, the goods will be returned to our facility. Please contact us to reschedule.
