Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order, contact your account manager or call us directly.
2. Returns
Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product quality does not meet agreed standards
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product delivered
Returns after the delivery agent has left the premises are not accepted. Goods once sold will not be taken back except in the above circumstances.
3. Refund Process
Approved returns are credited to your account ledger balance. This credit is automatically adjusted against your next invoice. Cash refunds are not provided — all credits are applied to your running account balance.
4. Payment Disputes
For payment disputes or billing queries, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Disputes raised after 7 days may not be entertained.
5. Online Payment Refunds
Payments made online (via Paytm/Razorpay) that need to be refunded due to order cancellation will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
